Valve Revamps Steam; Makes It Easier to Discover Games You Like

New Mexico City Plans to Auction Excavated Rare Video Games

A city in New Mexico where 1,300 unwanted vintage video games were discovered buried in a landfill has voted to auction off more than half of the cartridges in the run-up to Christmas.

Members of the Alamogordo City Council voted 7-0 late on Tuesday to offer some 800 of the Atari games found earlier this year for sale on eBay and the council's own website.

The mystery behind who dumped the games in the landfill, and why, inspired the dig and a documentary film by Microsoft Corp's Xbox Entertainment Studios.

GTA V Reaching PS4 and Xbox One on November 18; Due on PC January 27

Rockstar Games, popularly known for its Grand Theft Auto gaming franchise, has announced it will be releasing GTA V video game on November 18 for Sony PS4 and Microsoft Xbox One consoles.

The PC version will follow on January 27 next year. It is worth noting that in June, Rockstar Games announced all three versions would arrive by the end of this year.

Asus ZenWatch hands on Review

The Asus ZenWatch is a stylish Android Wear device with a customisable clock face and an average price tag. It's not the smartwatch that everyone has been waiting for, though.

The ZenWatch sports a curved 2.5D (two-and-a-half-dimensional) glass front, giving its dial a floating effect. Its actual display face measures 1.36in, with pixel dimensions of 320 x 320 (277ppi) on a bright AMOLED display.
